| Working experience and occupation | Mr. James Shii Lihton ("Mr. James Shii") has been with the Group since 1 April 2000 and held the position of Group Financial Controller until his retirement on 31 August 2020. He has more than 36 years post graduate experience in audit, accounting, financial management and corporate finance. He held the position of Internal Auditor at Cold Storage PLC in Singapore and subsequently Finance Manager at Cold Storage (Malaysia) Berhad before joining Network Food (M) Sdn Bhd as Finance Manager. Prior to joining the Group in 2000 he was the Group Financial Controller of Bright Packaging Industry Berhad, a company listed on Bursa Malaysia Berhad for a period of 5 years. |
