Reference is made to the announcement dated 7 July 2020 on Proposed Change of Company Name.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has changed its name to PERTAMA DIGITAL BERHAD with effect from 28 August 2020, being the date of the Notice of Registration on Change of Name of Company issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia which was received on 1 September 2020.

The Proposed Change of Company Name was approved by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 21 August 2020.
