The Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company had on 1 September 2020 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Dynasynergy Technology Sdn. Bhd. (“DTSB”) and Andeli Electrical Sdn. Bhd. (“AESB”) to bid in the large-scale solar photovoltaic project by Energy Commission Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as “LSS MEnTARI”).
