We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 22 July 2020 and 28 July 2020 in relation to the Corporate Exercises.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that following the approval of the Par Value Reduction by the Shareholders on 3 September 2020, the Par Value Reduction has taken effect on 3 September 2020, being the Par Value Reduction Effective Date. As such, the Par Value Reduction is deemed completed on 3 September 2020.
Further, we also wish to announce that the ESOS Effective Date for the implementation of the ESOS is 3 September 2020, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with all relevant requirements including Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements.
