We refer to the Company's announcements dated 26 August 2020, 1 September 2020 and 3 September 2020 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the issue price for the Placement Shares has been fixed on 4 September 2020 ("Price-Fixing Date") at RM0.34 per Placement Share, representing a discount of approximately 9.50% to the five (5)-day VWAMP of EGB Shares up to and including 3 September 2020, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date, of RM0.3757 per EGB Share.
