Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 24 August 2020 and 26 August 2020 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 4 September 2020, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation of 148,946,009 Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Bonus Issue is subject to the following:

1. OpenSys and HLIB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue;

2. OpenSys and HLIB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue;

3. OpenSys to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue is completed; and

4. OpenSys and HLIB are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Rule 6.36(2)(a) & (b) and 6.36(4) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.
