We refer to the announcement dated 16 December 2019 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the earlier announcement.
The Board of Directors of EcoWorld Malaysia wishes to announce that Melia Spring and RRSB had agreed to extend the Approval Period which will be expiring on 15 September 2020, by another 2 months to expire on 15 November 2020 for parties to fulfill the remaining condition precedent under the SPA.
Given that the Development Agreement with PDT is conditional upon all conditions precedent in the SPA being fulfilled, the Approval Period under the Development Agreement will correspondingly be extended to expire on 15 November 2020.
