This announcement is dated 10 September 2020.
Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 3 March 2020, 6 March 2020 13 March 2020, 17 July 2020 and 24 July 2020 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.
Reference is also made to the Bursa Securities’ approval letter dated 11 March 2020 for the listing application in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.
In accordance with Paragraph 6.62(1) of Chapter 6 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, a listed issuer must complete the implementation of a proposal relating to an issuance of securities within six (6) months from the date the listing application is approved by Bursa Securities.
