Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 15 February 2019, 8 March 2019, 19 August 2019, 24 September 2019, 25 February 2020 and 16 April 2020 in relation to the Company’s applications for extension of time to comply with Paragraph 5.2(a) of Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid Announcements.
