During the Hearing at the Kuala Lumpur High Court ("Court") today (15 September 2020) pertaining to the Defendant's application on dismissal of action after decision of preliminary issue under Order 33 rule 5 Rules of Court 2012 ("O.33 Application"), the Court has fix for a Decision date on 13 October 2020.
