The tenure of the Warrants B is five (5) years commencing from and inclusive of the issue date of the Warrants B on 10 September 2020. However, the exercise period of the Warrants B is four (4) years commencing from the first (1st) anniversary of the issue date of the Warrants B on 10 September 2021 and end on the maturity date of the Warrants B on 9 September 2025 ("Exercise Period").

Each Warrant B entitles the registered Warrant B holder to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share in Ancom at any time during the Exercise Period at the exercise price of RM0.84 per Warrant B, subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 21 August 2020 constituting the Warrants B. Any Warrants B not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose.
