We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 17 March 2020 and 17 June 2020 in relation to the Acquisition of Property. Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the announcement dated 17 March 2020 and 17 June 2020. The Board of Directors of Stella would like to announce that the Property has been transferred to MKSB with the title duly registered in the name of MKSB. Hence, the Acquisition of Property has been completed. This announcement is dated 21 September 2020. |
