References are made to earlier announcements dated 7 August 2020, 11 August 2020, 13 August 2020 and 27 August 2020 (‘Previous Announcements’).
For ease of reference, the terms and abbreviations used in the Previous Announcements shall be adopted herein, unless stated otherwise.
The Board of Directors of SRHB wishes to announce the following additional information in respect of OS 321:
1. The Company’s application for Transfer and Consolidation (‘Company’s Application’) was fixed for hearing on 21 September 2020 before the Judicial Commissioner Puan Liza Chan (‘Learned Judge’).
2. After hearing the submissions by all parties, the Learned Judge dismissed the Company’s Application with cost of RM5,000.00 subject to allocator.
3. The Court further directed that a Case Management be fixed on 22 October 2020.
4. The cross-examinations of the deponents of affidavits of OS 321 will proceed as scheduled which is fixed on 27 November 2020, 4 December 2020 and 11 December 2020.
