Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements dated 30 July 2020, 5 August 2020 and 14 September 2020 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 21 September 2020, approved the listing of and quotation for up to 26,266,600 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities subject to the following conditions:

(i)    PTB and M&A Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the AMLR pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii)   PTB and M&A Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and

(iii)  PTB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.

PTB is required to ensure full compliance of all the requirements as provided under the AMLR at all times.
