The Board of Directors of FSBM Holdings Berhad (“FSBM” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the shareholders of the Company have at the Thirty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 22 September 2020 approved the re-appointment of Messrs Moore Stephens Associates PLT as Auditors of the Company for the ensuing financial year and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company at a remuneration to be fixed by the Directors.
