We refer to the announcements made on 6 March 2020, 8 April 2020, 24 April 2020, 27 April 2020, 9 June 2020, 10 July 2020, 23 July 2020, 14 August 2020, 17 August 2020 and 17 September 2020 (“Announcements”) as well as the circular to the shareholders of Acoustech dated 11 June 2020 (“Circular”) in relation to the Corporate Exercises. Unless otherwise defined, abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the Announcements and the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that further to the announcement dated 17 September 2020, the subscription for 40,000,000 RCPS amounting to a principal amount of RM4.0 million for the subscription of sub-tranche 1 to 8 of Tranche 1 by the RCPS Subscriber has been completed today.
