We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 1 September 2020 and 15 September 2020 in respect of the Writ of Summon and Statement of Claim filed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Khee San Food Industries Sdn Bhd (“Plaintiff”) against FL Japan Co, Ltd. (“Defendant”).

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Parties had on 23 September 2020 attended Case-Management via E-Review for Enclosure 1 (Writ of Summon) before the Deputy Registrar, Pn. Siti Faraziana Binti Zainuddin.

The Court had on 23 September 2020 given the directions for the Plaintiff to file Notice of Writ of Summons to be Served out of Jurisdiction and Affidavit in Support for the Service of Writ of Summons out of Jurisdiction application by 23.9.2020.

The next Case-Management via E-Review has been fixed on 24.9.2020 before the Deputy Registrar, Pn. Siti Faraziana Binti Zainuddin.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
