The Board of Directors of A-Rank Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to propose a First and Final Single Tier Dividend of 2.00 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 July 2020 for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The proposed entitlement and payment dates for the final dividend shall be determined at a later date and announced accordingly.
