The Board of Directors of ARANK wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed RRPT Mandate (hereinafter referred to as "the Proposal") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
The relevant documents in relation to the Proposal and 2020 Annual Report setting out the details of the Proposal will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
