The MAYBANKC72 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The MAYBANKC72 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under MAYBANKC72 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019.
