We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 40,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of GENTING by way of market making.

The GENTINGC93 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The GENTINGC93 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The GENTINGC93 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under GENTINGC93 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019.
