Reference is made to the announcements of D’nonce Technology Bhd (“the Company”) dated 14 February 2019, 27 February 2019, 22 March 2019, 17 April 2019, 21 May 2019, 19 June 2019 and 30 October 2019.
The Company announces that at the Court hearing on 25 September 2020 the Plaintiff in Penang High Court Civil Suit No. PA-22NCC-41-12/2018, Blackstream Investments Pte Ltd, has withdrawn the Suit as against the Company (the Sixth Defendant in the Suit), without liberty to file afresh and with no order as to costs. Accordingly, the Suit has been fully settled as between Blackstream Investments Pte Ltd and the Company.
