Green Packet Berhad wishes to inform that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Packet Interactive Sdn Bhd (“PISB”) has on 28 September 2020 entered into a share subscription agreement with Censof Holdings Berhad (Company No.: 828269-A) and T-Melmax Sdn Bhd (Company No.: 593550-D), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Censof Holdings Berhad to subscribe for 5,356,831 new ordinary shares (“Subscription Shares”) representing 51% of the enlarged share capital in T-Melmax Sdn Bhd (“Proposed Acquisition”) for a total cash consideration of RM250,000.00 (“Subscription Price”).
