(Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as the announcement in relation to the Proposed Private Placement on 18 September 2020)

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the announcements made by KAF IB on behalf of YKGI in relation to the Proposed Private Placement on 18 September 2020, 21 September 2020 and 24 September 2020.

On behalf of YKGI, KAF IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 29 September 2020 to KAF IB, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 86,710,187 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

The approval by Bursa Securities for the above is subject to the following conditions:-

1.       YKGI and KAF IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main LR pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement; and

2.       YKGI and KAF IB to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and

3.       KAF IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of the approval of Bursa Securities once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

4.       KAF IB is required to furnish Bursa Securities with details of the placees in accordance with Paragraph 6.15 of the Main LR as soon as practicable after each tranche of placement and before the listing of the new shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

YKGI is also required to ensure full compliance of all the requirements under the Main LR at all times.
