PERSTIM - Notice of Rights Entitlement (Ratio)

1.  RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF 19,860,944 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN PERSTIMA ("RIGHTS SHARE(S)") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) RIGHTS SHARE FOR EVERY FIVE (5) EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN PERSTIMA HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 14 OCTOBER 2020 AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM3.00 PER RIGHTS SHARE PAYABLE IN FULL UPON ACCEPTANCE ("RIGHTS ISSUE"); AND

2.  BONUS ISSUE OF 9,930,472 NEW PERSTIMA SHARES ("BONUS SHARE(S)") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY TWO (2) RIGHTS SHARES SUBSCRIBED BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF PERSTIMA AND/OR THEIR RENOUNCEES PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS ISSUE ("BONUS ISSUE") (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "CORPORATE EXERCISES")
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “Ex- Right Issue” as from: 13 Oct 2020
2)    The last date of lodgment : 14 Oct 2020
3)    Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
       a)    Selling Broker to deduct<1/6>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
       b)    Buying Broker to deduct <10%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
       c)    Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <1/6>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks:

The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form for the Rights Issue (collectively, the "Documents") will be despatched to the shareholders of Perstima whose names appear in the Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 14 October 2020 at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on 14 October 2020. The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in any countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue complies with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia.
