The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company is still formulating a plan to regularise its financial condition (“Regularisation Plan”).

Bursa Securities had, via its letter dated 16 April 2020, decided to grant the Company a further extension of time up to 27 September 2020 to submit the Regularisation Plan to the regulatory authorities.

On 15 September 2020, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad had, on behalf of the Board, submitted an application for a further extension of time to submit the Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities, the decision of which is pending as at the date of this announcement.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on further development of the Regularisation Plan in accordance with the requirements under PN17.
