The Board of Directors of TDM wishes to update that KTS's Solicitors had informed the Company today on the following development of the case: -

 

During Case Management on 30 September 2020, the Court had directed the following:-

 

  1. 2nd Defendant (KTS) to file Affidavit in Reply on or before 6 October 2020;
  2. Third Party to file Affidavit in Reply on or before 13 October 2020;
  3. Case Management is fixed on 14 October 2020;
  4. Written submission to be filed on or before 26 October 2020;
  5. Hearing fixed on 28 October 2020.

 

The Company shall continue to make announcement on the development of the case from time to time accordingly.
