For consistency purposes, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those previously defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that following the listing of 305,250,005 Rights Shares, 183,150,003 Warrants-B, 94,690,341 Settlement Shares and 14,923,654 additional Warrants-A on the Main Market of Bursa Securities, the Rights Issue and Capitalisation have been completed on 1 October 2020.

In addition, the Acquisition has been completed on 1 October 2020 following the listing of 131,578,947 Consideration Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities together with the payment of RM9.8 million cash consideration to the Vendors and in accordance with the terms of the Acquisition SSA. As such, AP F&B is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dolphin.
