The Board of Directors of Knusford Berhad (“KB”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Knusford Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“KHSB”) had on 1 October 2020 entered into 2 Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPAs”) with Ekovest Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“Ekovest Capital” or “Vendor”) to acquire 2 units of properties in EkoCheras for a total consideration of RM1,119,440.65 (“Proposed Acquisitions”).
