The Board of Directors’ of APFT Berhad (“APFT” or “the Company”) hereby announces that the Company

is unable to release to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) its unaudited

quarterly report for the period ended 31 July 2020 (“Quarterly Report”) by 30 September 2020,

which is a period not later than 2 months after the end of each quarter of a financial year (“Timeframe”)

as required under Paragraph 9.22(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Securities.

The delay in releasing the Quarterly Report is due to the Company finalising the figures pending the confirmation

on the accounting treatment.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(5) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, if APFT fails to announce/issue its

Quarterly Report within 5 market days from the expiry of the Timeframe (the last day of

this 5 market days shall hereinafter be referred to as "the Suspension Deadline"),

In addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities

shall suspend trading in the securities of APFT.

APFT had on 04 March 2020 announced that the trading in the securities of APFT was suspended with effect from

12 March 2020 pending proposed Regularisation Plan and Bursa granted extension of time until 09 December 2020.

Further, pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(6) of the MMLR, if APFT fails to announce/issue the Quarterly Report

within 6 months from the expiry of the Timeframe, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities

may take, de-listing procedures shall be commenced against APFT.

APFT will endeavour to announce/issue its Quarterly Report to Bursa Securities on or before 09 October 2020.
