We refer to the Company’s announcement on 13 July 2020 pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding entered with Medisort Limited towards a strategic partnership to collaborate and conduct their respective and collective organisations’ business for the success of their entry into the new and global markets to be mutually agreed.. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that both parties are still negotiating on the terms of the collaboration. Any material development will be announced accordingly.
