WEGMANS - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

Issue of up to 156,250,000 free warrants in Wegmans Holdings Berhad ("Wegmans") ("Warrants B") on the basis of 1 Warrant B for every 4 existing Wegmans shares held at 5.00 p.m. on 16 October 2020.
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 15 Oct 2020
2)    The last date of lodgment : 16 Oct 2020

Remarks:-  The Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the submission of the application of the quotation for the Warrants B to Bursa Securities.

The Share Registrar of Wegmans will issue and despatch the notices of allotment of the Warrants B to all entitled shareholders of Wegmans within 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants B on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
