Further to the announcements made on 30 June and 28 September 2020, the Company wishes to announce that the workers of GUH Circuit Industry (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (“GUH SZ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company which is involved in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards in Suzhou New District, Province of Jiangsu, China have ceased their strike subsequent to the successful negotiations between the management and the workers’ representatives. Both parties have come to a consensus and the majority of workers have signed definitive agreements with GUH SZ. The remaining workers who have not executed the definitive agreements are unavailable due to being on annual or sick leave.

The management of GUH SZ is preparing to resume its manufacturing operations and will make the necessary provisions which will be included in the 3rd quarterly results.

The Company will make further announcements on material development pertaining to the above mentioned from time to time.
