EXTENSION OF TIME NO. 2 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT OF THE CONCESSION AGREEMENT UITM-ZONE 1 PHASE 3 PUNCAK ALAM CAMPUS ("CA-Z1P3 CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT OF THE CONCESSION AGREEMENT") CURRENTLY UNDERTAKEN BY THE COMPANY'S WHOLLY-OWNED SUB-SUBSIDIARY, TRIPLC MEDICAL SDN BHD ("TMSB")
Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 22 May 2020 in relation to the extension of time of six (6) months from 10 April 2020 to 10 October 2020 for the Company’s wholly-owned sub-subsidiary, TRIplc Medical Sdn Bhd (“TMSB”) to complete the CA-Z1P3 Construction Contract of the Concession Agreement.
Puncak wishes to inform the Exchange that Universiti Teknologi Mara ("UiTM") had vide its letter of even date granted a second extension of time (“EOT No. 2”) till 1 February 2021 for TMSB to complete the CA-Z1P3 Construction Contract of the Concession Agreement.
