Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 7 September 2020 and 18 September 2020 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue (“Earlier Announcements”).  Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of GHL, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had via its letter dated 6 October 2020 (which was received on 7 October 2020), had approved the listing of and quotation for up to 381,002,972 GHL Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Bonus Issue is subject to the following conditions:-

1. GHL and AmInvestment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Listing Requirements”) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue;
2. GHL and AmInvestment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue;
3. GHL to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue is completed; and
4. GHL and AmInvestment Bank are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraph 6.35(2)(a) & (b) and 6.35(4) of the Listing Requirements.
