Reference is made to the announcement dated 2 October 2020 released by the Company on intention to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened, for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Existing and Additional Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.

The Company wishes to announce that the actual aggregate value of the additional recurrent related party transactions (“RRPTs”) is not envisaged to exceed the threshold prescribed under Paragraph 10.09(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

In view thereof, the Company will only seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Existing RRPTs at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
