The Board of Directors ("Board") of KPower wishes to announce that the Board had on 7 October 2020, recommended a first and final single tier dividend of 2.26 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2020 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The proposed entitlement and payment dates for the first and final dividend will be determined at a later date which will be announced accordingly.
