Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 19 December 2019, 2 January 2020, 7 January 2020, 14 January 2020, 5 February 2020, 20 April 2020, 28 April 2020, 4 June 2020, 17 June 2020, 26 August 2020 and 24 September 2020 in relation to the two (2) Bills of Demand dated 18 December 2019 and Application against RMCD.

Puncak wishes to announce to the Exchange that at the case management on 7 October 2020, the Court renewed the interim order to stay the enforcement and effect of the two (2) Bills of Demand dated 18 December 2019 which was previously granted on 24 September 2020. The Court fixed the next case management of the Application on 18 January 2021. In the meantime, the interim stay order will be renewed every 2 weeks until the hearing date.
