The Board of Directors of Kluang Rubber wishes to announce that the Board had on 8 October 2020 recommended the proposed single-tier first and final dividend of 1 sen per share for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 61st Annual General Meeting ("61st AGM") of the Company. The said dividend, subject to shareholders' approval at the 61st AGM, will be made payable on 8 January 2021 to shareholders whose name appears on the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 23 December 2020.
