Reference is made to the announcements made on 15 May 2020, 3 July 2020 and 27 August 2020.
The Board of Directors of ABB wishes to announce that, based on the Register of Depositors as at 8 October 2020, the Company's public shareholding spread was 25.01%.
The Company had on 9 September 2020 submitted an application for a further extension of time to comply with Paragraph 8.02(1) of the MMLR. Pending the outcome of the said application, the Company will be updating Bursa Securities on the above compliance accordingly.
