The Board of Directors ("Board") of CRB is pleased to announce that pursuant to Clause 21 of the By-Laws of the ESOS, the Board, upon recommendation of the Option Committee, has approved the extension of the duration of the ESOS, which will be expiring on 18 October 2020, for a further period of one (1) year from 19 October 2020 to 18 October 2021.
The ESOS extension is not subject to any approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission Malaysia and the shareholders of the Company.
The Company will serve the notice on extension to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
