The Board of Directors of DGB wishes to announce that DGB Networks Sdn. Bhd. (“DGB Networks”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DGB had on 9 October 2020 entered into a Collaboration Agreement with GEM Pay Sdn. Bhd. ("GEM Pay") for the purposes of getting supply from GEM Pay for the contactless payment terminals and/or cashless e-wallet payment solutions for DGB Networks’s smart vending machine.
