We refer to the announcements dated 21 July 2020, 28 July 2020, 6 August 2020, 21 August 2020, 15 September 2020 and 17 September 2020 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Manager, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that based on the valid Distribution Reinvestment Forms (“DRFs”) received by CMMT’s share registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd on 1 October 2020, being the expiry date for submission of the DRFs, CMMT shall issue and allot a total of 5,783,864 new CMMT Units (“New Units”) pursuant to the DRP in respect of the First Income Distribution. The New Units represent approximately 39.4% of the total number of new CMMT Units, had all the entitled unitholders of CMMT elected to reinvest their respective electable portion under the DRP in new CMMT Units.
