The Board of Directors of Symphony Life Berhad ("SymLife" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company received an offer from Perdana Park City Sdn. Bhd. for the proposed purchase of six (6) parcels of land held under Prestige Capital Sdn. Bhd., its wholly-owned subsidiary for a total consideration of RM250 million.
