The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.
We refer to the announcements dated 27 August 2019, 25 November 2019 and 26 June 2020 in relation to the Proposals.
The Board of Directors of TSR Capital Berhad ("TSR") ("Board") is pleased to announce that the Board had received an Option Notice from Ivory Code Sdn Bhd who requested to effect the Call Option under the Option Agreement dated 27 August 2019, whereby Ivory Code Sdn Bhd to buy and TSR to sell, the Options Shares, comprising 300,000 ordinary shares of U-Ni Magna Sdn Bhd ("UMSB") at RM7,947,868.
The Board wishes to announce that the aforesaid transaction has been effected today, which marks the completion of the Call Option. Accordingly, TSR is no longer holding any equity interest in UMSB.
