We refer to the announcement dated 21 July 2020, 28 July 2020, 6 August 2020, 21 August 2020, 15 September 2020, 17 September 2020 and 13 October 2020 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Manager, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that CMMT had, on 13 October 2020, issued and allotted a total of 5,783,864 new CMMT Units pursuant to the DRP for the First Income Distribution. The new CMMT Units have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 14 October 2020. With the listing of the new CMMT Units, the total enlarged number of issued CMMT Units is 2,061,170,864, and the DRP for the First Income Distribution is now completed.
