Hong Leong Capital Berhad ("HLCB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 14 October 2020 established an executive share scheme comprising an executive share option scheme and an executive share grant scheme in relation to ordinary shares in HLCB for the eligible executives and/or directors of HLCB and its subsidiaries ("Establishment of ESS").
