We refer to the announcements dated 15 July 2020, 14 August 2020 and 17 September 2020 in relation to the Investment and Collaboration Joint Venture Agreement (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of MQ Tech wishes to announce that, MQ Tech and JD had mutually agreed to extend the cut off date for a period of one (1) month from 16 October 2020 to 15 November 2020.:-

(i)  for the Parties to finalise the definitive terms and conditions pursuant to the Agreement; and

(ii) to allow a longer timeframme for the potential seller to revert on its interest or otherwise.
