The Board of Directors of KOMARK wishes to announce that the Company has today appointed Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad as bookrunner for the Company's Proposed Private Placement Exercise of 30%. The Company has decided to engage Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad to conduct a bookbuild exercise following an investor roadshow which will commence next week.
The relevant dates concerning the placement will be released when finalised by the working team. The Board is delighted to be represented by Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, and the Board is of the view that this is in the best interests of the Company.
