Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 01 October 2020. We refer to the announcement dated 01 October 2020 in relation to the above. On behalf of the Board, we wish to inform that the Company is unable to release to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) its unaudited quarterly report for the period ended 31 July 2020 (“Quarterly Report”) by 09 October 2020 due to the Company finalising the figures pending the confirmation on the accounting treatment.
APFT will endeavour to announce/issue its Quarterly Report to Bursa Securities on or before 30 October 2020.
